Garlic Cheese Bread

Friday is the only weekday of when I don't have to be busy getting Clarissa ready to school. No waking up early, no preparing lunch box. But I like to spend the free time to cook breakfast, probably a little more delicate cooking which requires a bit of extra time.

I thought of the leftover loaf of bread and decided to try on making garlic cheese bread from scratch though my oven is still broken. I got creative and use normal pan, cover it and use low heat. It turned out good, but I had to watch the steam and wipe it every time so the bread stayed dry.

I also made spaghetti bolognese as the main dish because it is one of the kid's favourite food. They are happy and mommy's happy. :)

My Birthday!

Yesterday was my 28th birthday. It wasn't perfect but it was a great day. I got to spend the day with my little family at home and end the day with a nice birthday dinner with my family. I ended up with full tummy and so sleepy that I fell asleep on the way home. :)

Last but not least, I would love to say thank you to everyone for the wishes. Love you all.

Today's cooking!

Trying new recipe today. Decided to go for Honey Mustard Grilled Chicken and I had mushrooms and rice on the side. It was good, but I still prefer the Balsamic Chicken. I also tried to make a new look for Clarissa's breakfast. It was her usual but with a different look. I am glad that she actually like the way it looked and she was excited. :)
